ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead and manage high-rise and multifamily construction projects up to $150M
- Oversee project execution from pre-construction through completion
- Supervise and mentor a small team of PMs, APMs, and Superintendents
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all project phases
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
- Participate in contract negotiation and change management
- Provide strategic oversight and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or multifamily construction projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and run complex jobs independently
- Experience with high-rise or multifamily developments strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risk effectively
- Willingness to relocate to Charleston, SC (relocation support considered on a case-by-case basis)
