Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Building Systems

Location: On-site | Full-time

The Role

Drive the design of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems for new builds and renovations across commercial, industrial, and federal facilities. Lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and keep schedules, budgets, and quality on track.

Key Duties

• Own project delivery—from concepts and load calcs to sealed drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with architects and other disciplines; manage RFIs, submittals, and site visits.
• Run QA/QC checks and maintain code compliance.
• Guide proposals, estimates, and client meetings.
• Coach and develop a growing mechanical team.

What You’ll Need

• BSME with 4+ yrs experience in mechanical design of Buildings HVAC & Plumbing
• PE (or ability to secure quickly).
• Revit & AutoCAD proficiency.
