🚧 We're Hiring: Senior Construction Contracts Manager – Data Center Projects 🚧

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving operational excellence in high-stakes environments? We're looking for a Senior Construction Contracts Manager to lead critical initiatives across our data center construction projects.

📍 Location: San Antonio TX (Onsite)

🕒 Experience: 8–10 years

🎓 Education: Bachelor's in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business (Contracts-related degree a plus)

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Lead RFP and Change Order management for General Contractor (GC) engagements
• Oversee letter logs, back charge logs, and negotiate savings logs
• Implement strategies to boost employee motivation, production efficiency, and equipment performance
• Resolve production and processing challenges through collaboration with technical and administrative teams
• Develop and maintain production tracking and quality control systems
• Hire, train, and manage staff while resolving personnel grievances
• Set and monitor product standards to ensure top-tier quality
• Maintain production reports and personnel records

🧠 What You Bring:

• Proven expertise in managing RFPs and construction contracts
• Deep knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques
• Strong understanding of machines, tools, and design principles for technical plans and blueprints
• Excellent verbal communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
