Electronic Repair Technician II or III

The Electronic Repair Technician II is a mid-level technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and documenting electronic repairs at the component and subassembly level. This role involves a higher degree of independence and intermediate-level skills in electronics.

• Pay Range: $26.00 - $34.00/hr (non-exempt) level II - $33.00- $40.00 (non-exempt) level III
• Fully onsite

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Associate degree, or 2–3 years of Bachelor-level coursework, or military training with at least 7 years of experience.
• 2–7 years of hands-on electronics repair experience.
• Knowledge of medical imaging equipment (MRI, CT, or X-ray system components preferred).
• Experience with high-voltage electronics (over 120 volts).
• Hands-on experience working with RF circuits, antennas and amplifiers inside or outside the medical industry.
• Experience with X-ray generation and detection components commonly used in medical imaging devices.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 Quality Standards.
• Experience using general and advanced electronic test and measurement tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, VNA, spectrum analyzer).

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

• Perform repairs and QA testing of products to OEM standards.
• Troubleshoot analog, digital, and RF circuits.
• Execute PCB-level rework with intermediate soldering (SMT/PTH).
• Write and update procedures and documentation.
• Design and build basic test fixtures.
• Maintain repair logs and inventory records.
