Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, or a related field
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience working with heavy industrial equipment
  • Demonstrated success applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive reliability improvements
  • Proven track record implementing Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies
  • Strong financial acumen in tracking, forecasting, and budgeting maintenance expenses
  • U.S. citizen or green card holder
