We currently have an opening in our Muskegon location.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Willingness to engage in sales activities
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and a team player

Responsibilities:

Source Candidates: Utilize various channels to identify and attract potential job candidates.

Phone Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and compatibility with job openings.

Candidate Onboarding: Facilitate candidates through Express's ISO Certified onboarding process

Pitch Job Opportunities: Effectively communicate job openings and their benefits to prospective candidates.

Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to both job seekers and employers, addressing inquiries and concerns.

Sales: Embrace the sales aspect of the role, effectively selling candidates to employers and job opportunities to candidates.
