Candidate Onboarding: Facilitate candidates through Express's ISO Certified onboarding process
Pitch Job Opportunities: Effectively communicate job openings and their benefits to prospective candidates.
Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to both job seekers and employers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Sales: Embrace the sales aspect of the role, effectively selling candidates to employers and job opportunities to candidates.
