About the Role

We’re seeking a Territory Outreach Manager to expand Clearfork Academy’s reach, strengthen our referral network, and ensure that families and professionals across your assigned territory know the value of what we provide.

This role blends strategic relationship-building with boots-on-the-ground outreach . You’ll represent Clearfork to referral sources (therapists, hospitals, schools, churches, and community partners), helping them understand our programs and ensuring families get access to the care they need.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a territory outreach plan that aligns with Clearfork’s growth goals.
• Build meaningful, lasting relationships with key referral partners and community organizations.
• Coordinate and host events, tours, and presentations to increase awareness and trust.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Clinical, and Marketing teams to align messaging and improve the referral experience.
• Track and analyze outreach activity, referral conversions, and territory performance metrics.
• Represent Clearfork with professionalism, warmth, and authenticity — both in person and online.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, outreach, or community relations , ideally in behavioral health, healthcare, or education.
• A self-starter who thrives on building relationships and achieving measurable results.
• Excellent communicator — verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a large territory with autonomy.
• High emotional intelligence and genuine compassion for teens and families in crisis.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience required.
