Join a dedicated Preventative Care team in Alabama! Our client is seeking multiple locum physicians to support four outpatient locations focused on improving long-term patient health and managing chronic conditions.

Practice Setting
- Outpatient, preventative care clinic
- Adult patient population (ages 17+)
- Collaborative, team-based approach
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- Flexible, short-term assignments available
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Alabama state license (IMLC not accepted)
- Prior experience with chronic disease management preferred
