Position: Oracle HCM Analyst
Location: United States (Remote)
Work Authorization: US Citizens | Green Card Holders | H4 EAD | L2 EAD | EAD Holders
Compensation Range: $65 $90 USD per hour
Travel: Minimal or None (project dependent)

Overview
We offer a hands-on Oracle HCM Analyst Training & Placement Program designed to help professionals build or advance their careers in Oracle Cloud HCM. This program blends functional training, real implementation exposure, and client-facing project work-preparing candidates to support enterprise HR systems across the US market.

This opportunity is ideal for:

• Professionals without a formal "Oracle HCM Analyst" title but with experience in HR operations, HRIS, payroll, benefits, or ERP support
• Functional consultants, business analysts, or HR professionals transitioning into Oracle Cloud HCM roles
• Candidates interested in working on Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, or Recruiting
• Strong communicators who can translate HR business requirements into system configurations
• Professionals with experience in HR systems, ERP platforms, data analysis, integrations, or reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud functional solutions
• Configure and support Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent, or Recruiting
• Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data conversions
• Prepare functional documentation such as BRDs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user guides
• Support stakeholders with system enhancements, issue resolution, and process improvements
