Field Nurse Case Manager

Interested in helping patients navigate our healthcare system more efficiently and effectively for their benefit? Have a passion for injured workers? We are hiring a full-time, fully benefited Field Case Manager to meet with patients at physicians' offices during their recovery process. We are willing to train!

Requirements:

• CA Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous Case Management or Home Health experience
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite effectively (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Benefits:

• Home office equipment provided
• Salary, monthly bonus, mileage reimbursement, and excellent comprehensive benefits, including Health Insurance and 401k
• Monthly Bonus Averages between approximately $500 and $2,500 (however, they are uncapped)
