Internal Medicine Locums Physician - Illinois, No Call and Weekday Schedule
Outpatient primary care assignment
Highlights
- No call or after-hours work
- Weekday-only schedule; no weekends or holidays
- 3-month minimum with potential to extend
- Fast credentialing in 30 days
Practice Setting
- Medicare-focused clinic serving Spanish-speaking patients
- On-site support includes NPs, RNs, MAs, and scribes
- Canopy and Greenway EMR systems in use
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8a to 5p
- 16 to 18 patients per day
- Flexible start dates; ongoing coverage needs
- Minimum 3-month assignment
Cases and Procedures
- No procedures required
- Focus on chronic conditions: diabetes, hypertension, CHF, CAD
- Geriatric and mild cognitive care
Requirements
- MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
- Active Illinois license and DEA
Travel Accommodations
- All travel costs covered: airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage
