Summary: Silver Cross Medical Group is seeking a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified (BE/BC) General Gastroenterologist to add to their well-established team servicing the southwest suburbs of Chicago. The Physician will provide medical care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. A great opportunity to become part of a growing and dynamic group!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing endoscopic procedures as needed
- Collaborating with other medical professionals and departments
- Seeing patients for consultation in both inpatient and outpatient settings (when on call).
Position Requirements
- Medical degree and successful completion of residency and fellowship in specialty
- Board Eligibility or Board Certification in specialty
- License and certification to practice medicine and prescribe medication in the State of Illinois
- Excellent communication and clinical skills with a commitment to providing outstanding patient care
