Financial Analyst
Compensation: $70,000 – $95,000 base + 5% bonus

- Internship experience related to the role is preferred (manufacturing or wholesale).
- Candidates must be available to work onsite 4 days a week .

We are partnering with a leading global division of a Fortune 500 company seeking a Financial Analyst to support its divisional finance operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional looking to gain hands-on exposure to corporate financial management, forecasting, and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support full P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the division.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into operational and strategic performance.
- Partner with business leaders and functional teams to support decision-making and financial planning.
- Contribute to month-end and quarter-end reporting activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing financial models and variance analyses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related functions (internship or full-time).
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Details:
- This is a fully onsite position. Occasional remote work may be possible with advance notice.
- The position will work closely with a Divisional CFO and FP&A Manager who value mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth.
