A Tier 1 general contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Superintendent to lead mission-critical data center projects in Iowa This is a high-visibility role for a hands-on leader who excels in fast-paced, complex construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site teams and subcontractors as the primary supervisor
- Maintain and enforce rigorous project safety standards
- Collaborate with Project Managers on schedule, budget, and overall project execution
- Prepare two-week lookahead schedules and maintain accurate documentation
- Support subcontractor selection, coordination, and performance management
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, and field teams
- Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for the team
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Superintendent experience (data center experience preferred)
- Electrical background required ⚡
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents 📐
- Business acumen and relationship-building capabilities
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus 🌎
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn project-specific software 💻
