Clinic Nurse Manager (RN) | Erie, PA | Direct Hire

What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations to ensure high-quality participant care
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and clinical team members
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily resource allocation
- Direct care planning from assessment through treatment and follow-up
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, providers, and leadership to coordinate participant care
- Maintain compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and quality standards
What You’ll Need
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong skills in staff management, scheduling, and operations
- Experience in geriatric or community-based care preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid driver’s license
