We are seeking a professional and experienced Chauffeur/Driver to provide transportation services for a busy executive based in Orange County. The Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting individuals to various destinations, maintaining the vehicle, and assisting with other related household tasks as needed. This position requires flexibility in working hours and occasional trips to Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, exceptional professionalism, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

• Safely and professionally transport the individual to various destinations within Orange County and occasionally to Los Angeles. Adhere to traffic laws, ensure passenger safety, and maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Regularly inspect the vehicle, perform routine maintenance tasks, and coordinate necessary repairs or servicing. Keep the vehicle clean and in optimal condition at all times.
• Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures. Monitor traffic and weather conditions to adjust routes accordingly and avoid delays.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities. Keep a log of travel expenses, receipts, and any other relevant documentation.
• Assist with various errands, such as package deliveries, vendor management, and other tasks as required.
• Conduct oneself in a professional and courteous manner at all times, representing the individual and the organization with integrity and respect.

Requirements :

• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Demonstrated safe and responsible driving skills.
• Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience as a professional driver, chauffeur, or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate Orange County, LA County, and surrounding areas efficiently and safely. Familiarity with local traffic regulations and alternate routes is preferred.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with the individual and their associates.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with passengers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Availability for occasional trips to Los Angeles as required.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping and vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including sitting for extended periods and lifting and carrying moderate loads as needed.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, some weekend availability (40 hours/week)

Compensation : Up to $80K + benefits

Location : Villa Park, CA (Orange County)
