Job Description
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Engage with business users to understand operational, customer, and regulatory needs.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs with business and IT teams.
Process Mapping & Optimization:
- Document current (‘as-is’) and future (‘to-be’) processes, identifying areas for efficiency improvement.
- Support initiatives such as digital transformation, AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure), or customer experience enhancement.
Solution Design & Validation:
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and vendors to ensure solution alignment with business objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with business teams, IT, and external partners.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, priorities, and dependencies.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues effectively.
Data & Reporting:
- Analyze operational and customer data to identify trends and insights.
- Support regulatory and performance reporting.
Desired Competencies:
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving attitude, willingness to learn project management basics.
- Good-to-have: Project management certification.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master's in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering (any stream, preferably with exposure to IT or systems) / Business Analytics / Information Systems / Data Analytics / Computer Applications / Project Management or related.
- Great communication skills with basic knowledge of Project Management and Jira tools.
- Ability to capture requirements from business, articulate them clearly, and write them for developer understanding.
