We’re partnering with a school district in Norfolk County, Massachusetts to hire a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025–2026 school year . This is a school-based, full-time position working with students across two specialized programs from preschool through 12th grade.

Position Summary

The BCBA will provide behavioral assessment, consultation, and program development services to support students’ learning and behavioral needs across a range of grade levels and abilities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct staff training, and promote positive behavioral outcomes for students.

Position Details

• Location: In-person, Norfolk County, MA
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: June 2026 (end of school year)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 3:15 PM
• Hours: Full-time (approximately 35 hours/week)
• Grade Levels: Preschool–12th Grade
• Caseload: Approximately 26 students across two specialized programs
• School Year: 2025–2026

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide ongoing consultation and data-driven recommendations to instructional staff and administrators.
• Deliver staff training and professional development on behavior management strategies and best practices.
• Collaborate with IEP teams to ensure goals and interventions align with student needs.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, modifying interventions as necessary.
• Support a positive school climate by modeling proactive and evidence-based behavioral approaches.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing behavioral support services in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed documentation.
